  I was quoted $160 on a recorded 800 call center. I made the appointment the next day to pick up a sofa and move a chair from the bedroom to the living room. A few hours later the Plano local location called and raised the price to $175. He also said our average pick up is $399. Both said my single item sofa was equal to 1/8 of a truck. The Plano guy said they don't quote on the phone and the price they quoted would be a love seat not a sofa. I really felt I was getting a bait and switch. I found someone else for $100. I would not recommend this service.
