  Worst front office in Plano. I've lived in 3 different apartments around the area and holy hell, these guys are bad. If you value good customer service stay away from this place. They add to your problems and do not offer any solutions. RUDE AS HELL and anytime you have a question, the staff will make you will feel like you're bothering them. STAY AWAY from this place. Try Valencia or other complexes near by they're much, much better.
  
  Clean house and get a new staff that isn't a joke.
