  I am an unhappy customer fouled by the terrible services by John Zhang.
  In 2015, the real estate market was really hot in DFW area.
  I bought a house in Plano thru John Zhang. Happy, smooth, and I think he's a very nice guy.
  Later on, we used him to find a tenant, broke, but vouched by him and the previous landlord.
  Meanwhile, we also introduced our friend to him to appreciate his services and help.
  
  Things turned ugly very quickly.
  1) Our friend is complaining he's not helping his client (buyer) to get a better price. All he did was rush them to buy, no matter what the price was. I was cautious at this point, but figuring the market was so hot, maybe he had a reason.
  2) Later on, we tried to buy a house around $300,000. That's the time he reared his ugly head. Coz this is our second investment property, I asked him to submit a bid for me at $290,000 to see if we can take things slow and maybe get lucky. He REFUSED my request, and never wanted to hear from me again. I repeated, he REFUSED to even submit the bid for me and told me if I don't go over the full-ask price, don't BOTHER him again.
  3) Quickly, less then 3 months, the questionable tenant, which was vouched and approved by his screening process (and we paid for his service), was already late to pay the rent. In less than half a year, the tenant now is one month behind to clear the rent. You all know how much trouble I'd have to go thru to solve this issue so I forced myself to contact him again, questioning if the tenant documents were falsified, and if the hasty decision rushed by him was wise. He HUNG UP on me at the other end of the phone. End of story.
  
  Every word I typed here is TRUE. And when conversing with him, this guy brings up church, christianity and family to earn your trust and confidence. Looking back, I only blamed myself for trusting him so easily and feel disgusted by his hypocrisy and 3rd string services/attitudes.
  
  As a buyer's agent, all he wants is for you to pay higher prices so he can get higher commissions. When it comes to real estate management, all he wants is for you to get a tenant ASAP no mater who the tenant is.
  
  Be aware and stay away from this questionable agent. Worse than a car salesman...
  **1 star > 0 starts, coz he did buy a house for us, and that's the ONLY house we asked him to look at. Easy money for him, maybe too easy, so he turned on us once he was expected to do more than that
