  My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Freed's in Plano. We came in to look around and ended up buying a whole house full of furniture! Jennifer was extremely helpful, but not "pushy".

  We have always received excellent customer service from Jennifer at Freed's in Plano. On separate occasions we've bought living room furniture and a wonderful mattress set from Jennifer at Freed's, and we are truly pleased with our purchases. We will be returning soon for additional furniture and decor needs. Jennifer is quite knowledgeable, friendly, and has an excellent sense of style. You can explain to her what you're looking for, the room it will be going into, and what you think you want, and without fail she will find you the perfect piece(s) for your home. The 'big place' further north may seem attractive, but I can almost guarantee that if you go to Freed's in Plano, and ask for Jennifer, you will not only find what you're looking for at the best price, but with the best cutover service!

  Good service but they don't hover. Just let you shop but are there to answer questions. Good prices.

  Came here after trying both Ashley's and Nebraska's only to be delivered damaged furniture twice from each place. Was referred here from the Dallas store. This store location is closing and had prices marked down. Ryan was excellent. Not pushy, let us look around and answered any questions we had on pricing and quality. Delivery service was on time and was scheduled for the same week. Would highly recommend.
