  I contacted L&S for a major job (AC unit replacement) following recommendations from another customer. And today I have to congratulate myself for doing so: the crew visiting my house was extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, sympathetic (they installed the equipment in a state of emergency, knowing that my wife would need the equipment functioning asap due to a respiratory problem).   Service Experts (now Levy & Son) has always been professional and courteous to us. I especially want to recognize Bernie for his professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness. Bernie has been to our home a few times and I have appreciated his service, attitude, and work ethic. Bernie efficiently diagnosis the problem, explains in layman terms so I can understand, and discusses options for repair when available.
